I got what I deserved in this conversation...
Me: Wow, I'm really proud of myself for hauling 400 pounds of sand into the backyard and filling the sandbox all by myself!
Lucy: Yeah, Mom, you look thinner already! (followed by laughter)
In other news, we started school yesterday! We also visited with lots of family and friends over the weekend, so it's been a busy few days.
