A sold-our crowd, her first choreography credit (for a Native American piece), first solo, first pas de deux, adoring fans (cousins, aunt, parents, grandparents, siblings), fun with friends, and a baby brother who followed her every move on stage. A good day for Lucy, I'd say. The theme of this performance was 'Folktales' and the pieces were 'Stone Soup' and two beautiful Native American dances which were accompanied by the youth company kids as musicians and singers. Just beautiful. We are proud. These kids work very hard 6 days a week, and their efforts paid off.
