We had a wild weekend. Starting Thursday, we had the kids' Ballet Showcase. Friday, we had dress rehearsal for our Shakespeare coop finale (Our basement theatre club - it's low key, for sure...).
Saturday, we planted some of the garden, went to a graduation party and to dinner at our good friends' house. Sunday, church, then the big basement production of 'Julius Caesar.' It was awesome. Monday, Dad had to work, and the rest of us chilled waaay out. We hit the pool and went out for frozen yogurt. It was a good 4 days with unbelievably beautiful weather - 70's and sunny.
Here's a photo diary of aforementioned events:
that tent is supposed to keep away critters. we shall see. every year I plant beets and they get eaten. every year I try again. glutton for punishment, apparently I am...
took this kitty into the vet last week, and guess what. yup. kittens on the way. oops.
this cool cake was decorated by the 13-year-old actor who played Antony.
